Spend your weekend (their November schedule has them closed Monday-Friday) with a rock climbing adventure at DUMBO Boulders Powered by The Cliffs! With seasoned instructors, and no class registration required, it’s simple to stop by for a quick calorie blast any afternoon. With offerings that include aerobics, yoga, Pilates, and Zumba, Shape Up NYC makes keeping fit fun, and easy. And did we mention it’s FREE?
